Jet lag may have finally hit most of us, but we were troopers today in sightseeing and playing our first concert at Robert College (aka high school). The day started with visiting the Roman Cistern, which was underground and once held 80,000 cubic meters of water. Now there is not as much water down there, but there are a few fish and two columns with Medusa heads resting on the bottom. Across the street we visited the Hagia Sophia, which was a church, then a mosque, and now a museum. To end our day, we traveled to Robert College, and the Concert and Jazz Bands played for the first time in Turkey. Throughout our day and a half stay, we have seen many stray cats and a few stray dogs; they are harmless, don't worry ;)

Today was an exciting adventure. Tomorrow should be an even bigger one with visiting the Spice Bazaar, Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar!
